METHOD: We normally ship via USPS Priority Mail except for very small items, such as single CDs,
which are shipped via First Class Mail.
With the budget constraints of 2014, our Post Office is only open between 8:00 am and Noon
so we take all shipments to town around 10:30 am weekdays.
